Back and Neck Manipulation

I have seen Jasmine twice now, she is excellent at what she does, friendly and very knowledgeable.

Had a long lasting knee injury for around 6 months, never done physio before and after 3 sessions my knee is pretty much back to normal. 1 or 2 sessions to go. They identified what was wrong really quickly, providing treatment to help recovery and also provided me with stretches and exercise to do at home. If you’ve got a little niggle or pain just go and get it checked out by them. Service has been incredible. Jasmine has been amazing at identifying my injury and giving me advice on keeping up training whilst still recovering.

I'm a bodybuilder and I had a back/shoulder problem. After 2 sessions it was a lot better. Fully sorted out in 5 weeks. I would recommend Dom Kerrigan to anyone.

Tom Shaw @ MCR has been my physiotherapist for quite some time. He’s helped get me from not being able to run thru knee injury to lifting stronger and running longer always there with tips to help recover quicker!

Very impressed with the level of care provided by Tom at the clinic. I have been suffering with a shoulder injury for some time now and Tom was great at performing relevant treatments and exercises to ease the pain and hopefully treat over time. I would 100% recommended paying them a visit if you’re suffering with sports related injuries.

Went in barely able to stand up as I had managed to put my back out (irritation of the facet joint). I was panicking as I needed to work with some heavy lifting over the following few days. I asked Jasmine if she could do anything and she worked a miracle! Treatment was a mixture of ultrasound, deep tissue massage and TENS, and the following day I was plaster-boarding a ceiling!

Excellent Physio. Tom has been my Physio for Two years. I have L5 S1 Disc Degeneration and he certainly works some magic on every visit. After being on the NHS waiting list and just given a list of exercises I was getting no relief. One visit to Tom and his acupuncture needles I was hooked. He took the time to show me on a model exactly what was going on in my spine to give me a better and clearer understanding. Visited his new practice yesterday and wow. Beautiful relaxed atmosphere, done to a very high standard. If you’re in pain then go and see Tom you won’t regret. Credit where credits due.
